Long story short, PFE itself had another downgrade by Morgan Stanley to equal weight.

If you are in for either Swing or Short Term, you have 2 options.
1. Take the loss and exit
2. Double down at 100 - 600 bottom at the range 39.15~39.59

If you are in for the Long Term.
You did not and you won't lose much.
In fact, it might be a good opportunity.
Do the same as number 2 option above.
Even if PFE drops, new company will make up the difference.
So you basically will own 100% PFE plus 57% of new company.
Current downgrade on PFE is due to dilution impact as the partial value from PFE will move over to the new company.


Short Flag: When short fails, it usually leads to a big bounce followed by a Rally. I consider this as an opportunity for a bonus day trade.
