Simply speaking, VISA had great Quarter. Top and Bottom.
However CFO's potential slow growth in 2019 due to Brexit and Tariff War concern pull the stock down.

My system is somewhat artificially adjusting those non rational factor based on current price activity.
And the Chart shows the support line at 133.17.

With a clear bounce from 133.17 area, I would add more.
Otherwise dump the stock as it maybe broken.
