It had a small bounce near the SVM 600 day bottom.
Only 6 cents above the SVM bottom.

But the bounce was not strong enough.
To confirm if it's bottomed out, I would say it should clear above at least 52.9.

All I know is that it's super close to the true bottom for sure.
